How it works:
  1. During an evacuation, walk to the assembly point.
  2. Hold your phone (or printed badge) up to the reception tablet's camera.
  3. You'll see ✓ Your name on the tablet and on the Fire Marshal's register.
Lost your badge? Click Rotate code to invalidate the old badge and generate a new one immediately.

Passkeys (biometric sign-in) Enabled

Add a passkey on each device you sign in from. After that, you can sign in by just tapping your fingerprint or face — no password. Passkeys are device-bound, so registering one on your phone won't log anyone else in.

Email provider — Postmark

All outbound mail is sent via the Postmark HTTPS API. Generate a Server Token in your Postmark server and paste it below. The From Address must be a verified sender (or part of a verified sending domain) in that same Postmark server.

Two-factor authentication

When enabled, users must enter a 6-digit code sent to their email after they enter their password. Codes expire in 5 minutes. Per-user override is available on the Users page.

⚠ Make sure your email provider works before enabling — users won't be able to sign in if OTP emails fail to send. Send test email first.
